Chief Information Officer
Frank Covvey is an accomplished IT executive with 30 years of experience in the development and support of hardware and software systems. He has strong skills in strategic planning and the utilization of technology to achieve company goals and objectives. Frank has successfully developed and managed start-up operations and has substantial experience in the management of large projects and associated budgets. He has a strong background in developing and supporting systems used in POS, accounting, product support, customer call centers, service delivery and material management and substantial experience in planning, building and maintaining all aspects of the Information Technology infrastructure. Prior to joining Omni Leadership Exchange Mr. Covvey held the positions of Chief Operating Officer at Kincaid Technologies, Chief Information Officer at Thomas and King, Chief Information Officer at NPC International and various Technical Management positions at The Ultimate Corp and TRW.
What's the best advice you've ever received?
Knowledge and skills are important tools, but it is character and resolve that will determine how and when they are used.
What do you do for fun?
Hiking, camping and target shooting.

John Reynolds

John Reynolds is the CEO of OMNIview. A veteran of several large corporations where he held senior HR and Operations roles, he is thrilled to be a part of the OMNIview team! John enjoys all things outdoors, including: hiking, boating, golfing, fishing, and climbing, especially when done with family and friends.
What's the best advice you've ever received?
“Begin with the end in mind” – especially when defined by the customer.
What do you do for fun?
Anything outdoors or taking in a good movie.
What's your favorite movie?
Gladiator with Russell Crowe. The scene where he pushes the gate open to the other side of life at the end is awesome!
What's your favorite movie line?
“Do, or do not. There is no ‘try’” – Yoda (from The Empire Strikes Back).
What was your first job?
Paper boy for the Minneapolis Star and Tribune.
What is your favorite sport to watch?
Gopher Hockey, especially when playing North Dakota or Wisconsin.
What is the most interesting sporting event you've attended?
Cricket match in Indonesia.
Patrick Hauenstein
President and Chief Science Officer
Patrick Hauenstein is the President and Chief Science Officer for OMNIview. During his free time Pat likes to cook. He is particularly fond of traditional southern cuisine. Pat is also an animal lover and currently has a Beagle named Jasper.
What's the best advice you've ever received?
Don’t be afraid of change or taking a risk.
What do you do for fun?
I dabble in various activities but cooking is one of my favorite hobbies. Fortunately, I get to practice it just about every day. I am particularly fond of Creole/Cajun and traditional Southern cuisine.
What's your favorite movie line?
“You want the truth? You can’t handle the truth!” Jack Nicholson in A Few Good Men. Great performance!
What profession, other than your own, would you be interested in?
If I could, I would like to have been a professional musician in a classic rock band. There was only one thing holding me back…talent.
What are you nuts about?
I am a big animal lover, particularly dogs. I have always had one or more dogs in my life. Right now, I am nuts about my BFF beagle, Jasper.
Who is your favorite author, and what is your favorite book?
Walker Percy, “The Thanatos Syndrome”. In my opinion, Percy was one of the best authors of the twentieth century. I have a number of his signed first editions. He had a number of great books but this one was a particularly fun read.

Lucinda’s enthusiasm is infectious. She has this innate ability to look at each person’s circumstances intently and professionally yet brings in a wonderful sense of humor that makes everyone feel at ease.
Lucinda provides consulting expertise on strategic initiatives for all aspects of human resources, including candidate quality, performance management, development/training, compensation/benefits and employee relations.
With an energizing personality, Lucinda has 15+ years in HR management, previously as Director, HR at Shavlik Technologies. Currently, as the Vice President of Human Resources for Digineer. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Psychology from Buena Vista University.

You don't get what you don't ask for. Speak up – it can't hurt to ask!
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy walking with friends, volunteering at my kids’ school, planning and hosting gatherings, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, making my way out of escape rooms, and running.
What was your first job?
Teaching trumpet lessons and working in retail at a music store.
